As you know, everyone at WISSLER is part of the success and everyone must deliver at the highest level to make our guests happy, which may result in tips.
Therefore, everyone in the team shares the tips, no matter what function the restaurant has.
We work with two types of tips, cash and card.
Every month (around the 1st), the restaurant manager divides the cash in proportion to the number of people in the team and the number of hours worked.
Tips given via card payment are paid out 3 times a year, via the salary. This means that it is paid out as a bonus and you therefore pay tax and social security on them.
Payments are made with the following salaries:
- January salary (paid no later than 5 February) – for the period: 21st of September – 20th of January.
- May salary (paid no later than 5 June) – for the period: 21st of January – 20th of May.
- September salary (paid no later than 5 October) – for the period: 21st of May – 20th of September.
