Every month, we have a staff meeting where we all get together to catch up and stay informed. It’s a chance for us to discuss any updates, share feedback, and make sure we’re all on the same page.
Your manager will inform you about the time and place of the staff meetings.
1-on-1
Additionally, you’ll also have a one-on-one meeting with your manager each month. These meetings give you a chance to talk about your progress, ask questions, and discuss any concerns that you might have.
It’s a valuable opportunity for you to connect with your manager on a personal level and make sure we’re all working towards our goals together.
