SOCIAL COINS
At WISSLER, we believe that a happy team is a succesful team, which is why we’ve got this cool thing called ‘Social Coins’. Every month, each restaurant team receives a fixed amount of Social Coins. But wait, there’s more! You can earn extra coins by participating in our exciting internal competitions.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting: Every team selects a ‘Social Guru’ who, alongside the manager, oversees these coins. Their mission? Organizing at least one awesome event per month and something fun every other week.
