1. Alcohol Consumption:

  • On-Shift Prohibition: Employees are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol while on shift at WISSLER // Bar & Burgers.

  • Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Limit: When beginning a shift, employees must ensure that their blood alcohol content (BAC) does not exceed 0.5, equivalent to the legal limit for driving a car.

2. Drug-Free Workplace Policy:

  • Zero Tolerance: WISSLER // Bar & Burgers maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drugs on the premises and prohibits employees from being under the influence of any drugs while on shift.

  • Consequences: Violation of the drug-free workplace policy will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and termination of the employment contract.

3. Safety Concerns:

  • Workplace Safety: Alcohol and drug use impair judgment and coordination, posing significant safety risks in the workplace. Employees are responsible for maintaining a clear state of mind to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

4. Legal Compliance:

  • Compliance: WISSLER // Bar & Burgers complies with all legal regulations regarding alcohol and drug use in the workplace.
