Salary

At WISSLER you receive a fixed monthly salary based on your contracted hours, typically arriving in your account by the 5th of each month (and if it lands a bit earlier, consider it a pleasant surprise).

We aim to keep your weekly hours on track with your contract, but if there is a difference, we aim to balance out any differences in hours over the following weeks. So, if you end up working extra one week, we’ll make sure you have lighter shifts in the weeks to come – and vice versa.

Overtime is compensated, but remember, Spanish law limits annual overtime to 80 hours. Overtime is paid out in September unless otherwise arranged.

You’ll earn approximately 2.5 vacation days per month, which can be utilized during your time with us at WISSLER or cashed out when you leave.
